as you all know, i am skinny . but my mom’s work colleague said that i am slim . but in fact, my height is an Asia’s average height, and my weight is like 41 kg (90 lbs) . even if i’m skinny and i have a long legs like a model (as my mom told me), i have to make a rules for my daily foods . i love eating green salad (lettuce) & Turkish’s chicken (usually for kebab), and i love eating anything sweets and couscous (honestly, i haven’t tried couscous before) . i like some Indonesian foods (not all Indonesian foods I like, ya !) such as sate ayam, meat balls, gado gado . i also love chicken teriyaki & charsiew chicken . even if there are some fats, i need to gain height first, then weight (when i already stop growing) . i usually eat carbs (like rice) but sometimes i hate carbs . so then, i need to know some calories for all of the foods i’ve mentioned above . i need to make rules for eating because:
- I want to keep my body slim .
- I want to gain height at first .
- I want to be careful of the bad fats .
- I’m not on a diet, I’m just doing what I want .
- last but not least, I also need to have the medium amount of food …
so then i thought, i need to have an exercise too . beside doing the treadmill at home, i also need to do the yoga, skipping, also the front-roll . hehehe ^_^V … but then again, i need somebody to RECOMMEND the small budget gym, so I could have an exercise in the gym too . actually, i’m not gonna be the fashion model, but in my teenage life, i really really want to try to be a “part-time” model (just do the photoshoot thingy, not going to any agencies …) . OK, back to the topic ! i’m gonna do both eating rules & exercise because health is important to me, even when i got stressed or not fit .
what i’m gonna eat daily, are:
- Breakfast: I need slice bread with egg (not shaking the egg ! i dunno how to say “telor ceplok”, hehe) or some fruits like apple, banana or the mini orange . I usually drink a Hi-Lo milk (not the LOW FAT one !), not an instant milk which is put in the fridge, or I drink a Chamomile Tea by Lipton . I also drink a hot chocolate from Circle K (if I’m late for school) or Moccacino (when I’m in a mood for coffee, hehe) . I also eat a tuna sandwich or a medium cupcake if I’m late for school then go to Circle K . Plus, I drink mineral water all the time (like 3 glasses of water) .
- Lunch: I eat a little amount of white rice at school and a little Indonesia’s fattening foods (except sate ayam) or if there’s a Turkish’s chicken and a green salad, I only eat both of them without carbs . I also drink mineral water after eating, usually 2 glasses of water . I sometimes buy a chocolate bars like beng beng & oreo cake as my snacks . Then if there’s a fruit, I take 2 or 3 fruits .
- Afternoon snack: Sometimes, I eat what I want … haha :))
- Dinner: I eat a medium amount of carbs and some of my mom’s cooking like tofu, soup, etc …
